Graduated in 1992 with an AAS in Electrical Engineering from Dutchess Community College Graduated in 1994 with a BS in Telecommunications Management from SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, NY Worked as an IT Network Engineering Manager at a financial firm in Greenwich, CT from 1994-2014 during the innovation phase of Electronic Trading Systems. Started Pain Point IT Solutions Inc. in 2014. As of 2023, Pain Point IT Solutions provides managed IT services for over 100 businesses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
